Ever wonder how to stop a 3 star smash from Giant Archer pushes or Balloon spam in Clash of Clans at TH5? This Hybrid Base Layout forces the Giant to hit a wall compartment while the Archer Tower and Mortar create a crossfire corridor, and the Air Defense paired with Wizard Tower and Spring Traps shred incoming Balloon before they reach the Town Hall.

  • Place a central Cannon behind a double Wall ring to absorb Giant hits and protect the core of this TH5 Base. This is highly recommended in Clash of Clans.
  • Scatter Spring Traps and a Wizard Tower near the outer ring to explode Balloons as they swoop over the Mortar zone. This is a vital strategy for Clash of Clans TH5 layouts.
