Description & Defense Strategy
Balloon spam, also known as Dragonloon attacks, which can be devastating to a TH8 base. To counter this, strategic placement of Air Defense and Air Sweeper is crucial.

TH8 defense layout, the key is to funnel Balloons into kill zones where the Air Defense can take them out quickly, while the Air Sweeper helps to prevent them from reaching the core of the base. This strategy, when combined with effective Wall compartmentalization and Trap placement, can make a TH8 base nearly impenetrable to Dragonloon attacks.

  • Effective Air Defense placement at TH8 involves positioning them in a way that they can cover the entire base, including the core, without leaving any blind spots for Balloons to exploit. This is highly recommended in Clash of Clans.
  • Using Air Sweepers in conjunction with Air Defense at TH8 can significantly reduce the effectiveness of Dragonloon attacks by pushing Balloons into the kill zones created by the Air Defense, thus protecting the base's core and resources. This is highly recommended in Clash of Clans.
