As a TH8 player in Clash of Clans, you're likely all too familiar with the frustration of watching your Dark Elixir stores get plundered by sneaky attackers. That's why I've designed this TH8 War Base to counter those pesky Balloon attacks and make the most of your Defenses troops. By placing the Defenses in a strategic location, we can funnel incoming troops into kill zones and make it hard for them to pull out and kill our defending troops.

This TH8 War Base layout takes into account the unique pathing and compartmentalization of the TH8 level, with a focus on using Cannons, Archer Towers, and Mortars to take out incoming Giants and Wall Breakers. The Barbarian King is also a key part of this defense strategy, as he can be used to take out enemy Heroes and troops that get too close to the Gold and Elixir storages. This is highly recommended in Clash of Clans.
