At Town Hall 8, one of the most challenging aspects of defending your base is protecting against Balloon spam, also known as Dragonloon attacks. A well-designed TH8 base can make all the difference in preventing these types of attacks. The key to a successful defense lies in the strategic placement of Air Defense towers and Air Sweepers, which can effectively counter Balloon attacks and other air-based threats. This is highly recommended in Clash of Clans.

In a TH8 base, it's essential to consider the pathing of Balloons and other air units, as well as the compartments and trap logic that can be used to funnel them into kill zones. By carefully placing Air Defense towers and Air Sweepers, you can create a robust defense system that protects your TH8 base from air attacks.
